INTRODUCTION
The purpose of these terms and conditions of Hause Travel Agency is to inform our clients of the general terms and conditions under which the travel package reservation service is provided.
In order to improve the service provided to our clients, Hause Travel Agency may change and/or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, either partially or totally, with the Terms and Conditions published on the website being applicable. https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com (the “Website”) at the time of the provision of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in those cases in which the modification to the Terms and Conditions could cause an impact to the client related to the provision of the Service, Hause Travel Agency will notify said client of the modification in the Terms and Conditions through the Website. https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com, as well as through one of the means of contact that the client had designated at the time of making their reservation.
Regardless of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, Hause Travel Agency will respect the conditions in force at the time when payment was made for the Reservation contracted by the client, except in the cases and with the exceptions established in the applicable legislation.
The allusive titles that appear in these Terms and Conditions are used solely for reference purposes and do not imply any rights or obligations.
DEFINITIONS
Agency– Company dedicated to managing affairs or providing certain services.
Client, main buyer.- Means the consumer, legal entity or de facto association that enters into the Agreement for the purchase of the Products and/or Services of the Hause Travel Agency as provided herein.
Visitor.- Es la persona física que utiliza una Pulsera para La Solar Festival 2026 válidamente registrada a su nombre, para acceder y participar en el evento.
Agreement : The agreement between the Customer and the Official Sales Channel (as applicable) for the purchase of Products and/or Services. This Agreement consists of these Conditions, the purchase confirmation and any other provisions attached to or referred to in these Conditions, and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of Hause Travel and/or the Travel Partner (as applicable).
Package rate : The price charged for the sale of a travel package. The price of the package will be announced on https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com before the official start.
Conditions: These general conditions, including their annexes.
Festival travel packages: The various holiday packages offered for sale by Hause Travel Agency and/or the Travel Partner, which include (depending on the specific package) an entry ticket to a Festival, accommodation and transport. Specific terms of sale apply to Festival Travel Packages. When purchasing such a package, you will be asked to accept those terms. In the event of a conflict, those particular terms will prevail at all times.
Package Destination : Medellín, Colombia.
Festival location : Parque Norte, Medellín.
Force Majeure : Any of the following circumstances which render the performance of obligations (other than payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the Agency and/or the Festival impossible, impracticable or unsafe: Natural disaster, unavoidable accident, fire, strike or other industrial action, war or threat of war, act of hostility towards the state, act of terrorism or threat thereof, riot or civil commotion, national emergency, enactment, rule, order or act of any government or instrumentality of government, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), pandemic (including a health pandemic), significant interruption or delay or failure of technical facilities, or failure or significant delay of necessary transportation services, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, as applicable. In principle, adverse weather conditions shall not be considered a Force Majeure event, provided, however, that if such weather conditions are sufficiently severe or threatening that the relevant governmental authorities declare that the conditions threaten public safety, such weather conditions shall be considered a Force Majeure event.
Official Sales Channel : Hause Travel Agency Products and/or Services may only be purchased through Hause Travel Agency or an Authorized Travel Partner.
Waiting list : If one or more types of travel packages for the festival are sold out, the Festival Organizer may open a waiting list. By registering on the Waiting List, THE CLIENT authorizes the Festival Organizer to contact THE CLIENT if the packages become available again and the packages can be offered to THE CLIENT through Waiting List sales.

SCOPE OF CONDITIONS
The Appendices form an integral part of these Conditions. The Customer is requested to accept these Conditions during the purchasing process and, at the latest, when concluding an Agreement through the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent version of the Conditions at https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com; or upon request to the customer service department of Hause Travel Agency via email reservas@shop-hausetravel.com.
If You purchase Products and/or Services from Hause Travel Agency not only for Yourself but also for others, We remind You that it is Your sole responsibility to inform such persons of these Conditions and any other terms and conditions that may apply to Your purchase and to obtain their agreement to such terms and conditions prior to Your purchase. For the record, if and to the extent a direct relationship arises between Hause Travel Agency and the aforementioned persons in the context of the execution of the Agreement, such person will be required to read and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
Age limit.
The minimum age to book a travel package with a festival included on the Hause Travel Agency website is eighteen (18) years.
No exceptions will be made to this rule, even if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult. The Festival Organizer will refuse entry to the Festival if, for example, the identity check mentioned below shows that the Festival Visitor has not reached that age at the beginning of the Festival.
Official sales channels.
Los Paquetes de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026 con o sin ticket para el festival y/o Servicios de Hause Travel Agency sólo podrán adquirirse a través de los Canales Oficiales de Venta.
Travel Packages and/or Festival Services obtained by any other means (through another sales channel or by somehow circumventing the procedure provided in the pre-registration link that gives access to the online sale of packages) will not be considered valid by Hause Travel Agency and the Festival Organizer reserves the right to deny access to the Festival to the holder of said package.
Cada confirmación de compra de un paquete de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026 con o sin ticket de festival se le proporciona mediante un correo electrónico y debe personalizarse ingresando el nombre, la dirección de correo electrónico, fecha de nacimiento, número de celular y la nacionalidad del visitante. El Visitante puede ser Usted mismo u otras personas para las que compre entradas.
Si compra un paquete de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026 con o sin ticket de festival no solo para usted sino también para otros (sus “Invitados”), será su exclusiva responsabilidad obtener, en la medida en que lo exija la ley, el consentimiento de dichas personas para transmitir sus datos personales a Hause Travel Agency en el contexto de la personalización de dicha entrada, tal como se establece en este documento.
Por cada paquete de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026 con ticket de festival comprado y personalizado, Hause Travel Agency le proporcionará un Acceso Digital para La Solar Festival 2026 en el día o días seleccionados así como tipo de acceso (regular, vip / Familiar). Para poder acceder a su ticket digital, cada titular de paquete deberá previamente descargar la aplicación TUBOLETA APP y crear una cuenta de usuario con el mismo correo electrónico que proporcionó el día de su compra. De 24 a 48 horas antes del festival, todos los titulares de un paquete de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026 con ticket podrán visualizar sus tickets digitales en la aplicación. El día del festival, deberá presentar su ticket digital para que este sea intercambiado por un brazalete físico que le dará acceso al evento. The wristband is personal and may only grant access to the Festival to one (1) person.
Todas las pulseras de La Solar Festival 2026 se escanearán y validarán al ingresar al sitio del festival.
The Festival Organizer as well as the Hotels reserve the right to verify (or have designated representatives verify) the identity of any person entering the Festival site or the Hotels. If someone cannot be identified, or if the name on the booking does not match the identity stated on the official ID, that person will be denied entry to the Festival or the Hotel, as applicable. A valid proof of identity may be an official ID card, passport, or driver’s license. The name on the ID must match the name under which the package is registered. Copies of identity documents will not be accepted.
To check in at the hotel (depending on your reservation), you will need to present your official ID and the check-in voucher, which you will receive 10 business days after completing your booking.
For security reasons, any festival attendee who leaves the festival grounds after entering will not be allowed to re-enter.
Pérdida o robo de pulsera de La Solar Festival 2026.
You are solely responsible for any loss or theft of Your Wristband after you receive it from the Festival Organizer (in accordance with the provisions of these Terms).
In the event of loss or theft, the Festival Organizer and Hause Travel Agency are never obliged to provide you with a new bracelet. A refund cannot be requested either.
CLAUSES
FIRST– The purpose of this document is for THE AGENCY to act as an intermediary, contract and offer the provision of tourist services, prior to payment by THE CLIENT of a certain and determined price. For this purpose, THE AGENCY undertakes and is obliged to request the services specified in the description of the travel package selected on behalf of THE CLIENT in accordance with their availability. Likewise, it is obliged to contract them, acting as an intermediary between THE CLIENT and the persons in charge of providing them directly, which include transporters, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies, tourist guides, among others.
SECOND.- The services contracted by THE CLIENT will be provided by providers independent of THE AGENCY, who do not act for or on behalf of the latter, and in this act THE CLIENT expressly becomes aware of this situation, so THE AGENCY will provide THE CLIENT with the receipt(s), as well as the reservation confirmation and the general conditions established by the final service provider.
THIRD.- Para reservar los paquetes de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026 se requiere del pago de los mismos a través del canal oficial https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com . THE AGENCY will inform THE CLIENT, prior to contracting and paying for the services, the total price of these, either in Mexican pesos or its equivalent in dollars at the exchange rate established by THE AGENCY.
QUARTEREach service or hotel package reserved by THE CLIENT through the official sales channel with THE AGENCY https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com , will be definitive, so changes in the name, company name, or owner of the service, dates, routes, or services are not permitted, except with written authorization from THE AGENCY. It is important to emphasize that the contracted service or package is for personal use by THE CLIENT and/or his/her friends and not for commercial use. THE CUSTOMER confirms that he/she has been informed by accepting these terms and conditions.
FIFTH. – THE AGENCY will proceed to make the reservation of the services until THE CLIENT has made the corresponding payment and this has been validated. Otherwise, THE AGENCY will have no obligation to make reservations or reservations of any kind.
SIXTH. – THE AGENCY is obliged to respect the amounts and concepts relating to the contracted packages and services, without being able to charge another amount or condition the provision of the contracted service to the acquisition of another service not required by THE CLIENT, unless the latter authorizes in writing any other additional charge to that stipulated in this contract and its annexes.
SEVENTH. – THE AGENCY must issue to THE CLIENT the receipt that supports the payment of the contracted Services, which must be sent to the email provided by THE CLIENT upon completion of the purchase through the official channel. https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com
OCTAVE.- The CLIENT must provide THE AGENCY with true and correct data that is requested, as well as deliver in a timely manner the corresponding documentation that is necessary for the provision of the service.
NINTH. – THE CLIENT accepts that THE AGENCY's intervention is exclusively as an intermediary between the direct providers of the requested services.
TENTH.- Fortuitous events or force majeure are understood to be those events or occurrences beyond the control of the parties, provided that said events or occurrences are unforeseeable, irresistible, insurmountable, current and do not arise from negligence or provocation on the part of any of the parties. Illnesses of any kind that may be suffered by any of the parties shall not apply as a fortuitous event.
Based on the foregoing, and in accordance with clause nine, both parties agree that if due to force majeure or fortuitous event, the providers of the contracted services are unable to provide them partially or totally, THE AGENCY will only manage on behalf of THE CLIENT the reimbursement that is appropriate in accordance with the terms of the service providers, being relieved of any responsibility or commitment.
ELEVENTH. – Both parties agree that THE AGENCY is exempt from liability for damages, injuries, accidents, delays or irregularities that may occur due to force majeure or fortuitous events that may occur to THE CLIENT during the execution of the services, as it is not the person directly responsible for providing the corresponding services and is only an intermediary between them.
TWELFTH.- THE CLIENT undertakes to respect the regulations, rules or conditions established by each of the service providers contracted through THE AGENCY, therefore THE AGENCY must inform THE CLIENT of the most important ones and consequently declines any liability that may arise from non-compliance.
THIRTEENTH.- The consumption and/or sale of drugs or narcotics within the festival, transportation and reserved hotels is strictly prohibited, so THE AGENCY disclaims any liability that may arise from non-compliance with this rule.
FOURTEENTH. – THE CLIENT must, at his/her own expense, provide passports or immigration documents required by the destination or transit countries, such as visas, health permits, etc.
FIFTEENTH. – THE CLIENT is required to purchase medical insurance with coverage abroad for the entire duration of their stay.
SIXTEENTH. – The parties agree that when it comes to excursions or packages carried out in Mexico, prices should be presented in Mexican pesos. If the excursions or packages are to be carried out outside of Mexico, the prices may be presented in dollars or Mexican pesos.
SEVENTEENTH. – THE AGENCY reserves the right to modify the order of the services outlined in this agreement for the improved execution of said services or for justified reasons, provided that the quantity and quality of the contracted services are maintained. Such modifications will be made with the consent of THE CLIENT, regardless of the reason, which must be properly substantiated. Furthermore, the client may not make changes to dates, routes, or services.
EIGHTEENTH. – When THE AGENCY cancels a trip or excursion of any kind for reasons beyond THE CLIENT's control and which are attributable to THE AGENCY, THE AGENCY shall be obliged to reimburse THE AGENCY the full amount paid within a maximum of 90 days. THE AGENCY is obliged to prove that the corresponding funds were remitted and THE CLIENT is obliged to prove that they were delivered to THE AGENCY through the money receipts provided by THE AGENCY.
However, cancellations by THE CLIENT must be made in writing to the address indicated in this document of Terms and Conditions of Contract or by email reservas@shop-hausetravel.com with acknowledgement of receipt, for which THE AGENCY will respond within 48 hours. In the absence of a response, it will be understood that the cancellation was accepted in accordance with the conditions described below:
All travel packages that include access to a festival and were purchased through the official channel https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com are considered to be NON-REFUNDABLE policy, which implies that cancellation for reasons attributable to THE CLIENT, at any time, entails the loss of the amount paid.
Note: THE AGENCY will evaluate whether a name change can be authorized with a penalty of $2,550.00 pesos mexicanos (cuatro mil pesos mexicanos) for administrative expenses, in case the visitor cannot attend the festival. THE CLIENT must provide the data of the person who will use his/her package in a timely manner. The deadline to request a name change is 15 de Abril de 2026.
NINETEENTH. – Both parties agree that payment of the amount for the services by THE CLIENT, acceptance or use of this document, coupons, tickets, courtesies, or any other document issued in his/her favor for this purpose, implies acceptance on his/her part of the general terms and conditions of contract to which this document refers.
TWENTIETH– The parties agree that the following will be grounds for cancellation:
- Failure to comply with any of the obligations set forth in this document.
- For any violation by THE CLIENT of any of the prohibitions established herein.
- Failure by the client to make the corresponding payment.
- Any lack of communication or no-show on the part of the client.
The parties are obliged to notify the addresses or email addresses indicated at the time of making the reservation, the existence of any cause listed above, within the term of 7 business days following the knowledge of the breach.
In the event of a change in the direct service provider to another of equivalent quality, if THE CLIENT makes use of the service, it will be understood that he/she has consented to said change and no refund will be made.
TWENTY-FIRST. – The parties agree that the rights and obligations acquired by making a reservation for a travel package with access to the festival may not be assigned, transferred or transmitted under any title to any individual or legal entity without prior written authorization from each other. Any assignment made in violation of the provisions of this clause will not have any legal effect. The festival bracelet, souvenirs as well as the services included in the travel package will be delivered solely and exclusively to the holder of the reservation. Under no circumstances will it be delivered to another person without prior notification from the holder through official means within the permitted times and covering the corresponding payments described in the Eighteenth clause.
TWENTY SECOND. – THE AGENCY is exempt from any liability arising from additional agreements entered into between THE CLIENT and the direct providers of the services, such as hotels, transportation and car rental companies, among others.
TWENTY-THIRD. – Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items, as they are travelling at their own risk. The agency is not responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement or damage.
TWENTY-FOURTH. – Passengers’ luggage and personal items are not included in the Terms and Conditions of Contract, as they are their own responsibility to travel with. The agency is not responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement or damage.
TWENTY-FIFTH.- Communications made by the parties to each other in execution of this Contract must be made in writing and delivered with acknowledgment of receipt to the addresses indicated in the declarations section thereof, or where appropriate, by any reliable electronic means with acknowledgment of receipt.
TWENTY-SIXTH.- Prior to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Contract, and in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the AGENCY informed THE CLIENT of the privacy notice found at https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com as well as the procedure to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data. (hereinafter, “ARCO” rights)
VIGÉSIMA SÉPTIMA.- The validity of this contract will be for an indefinite period, which will begin to run from the date of its subscription, and will be valid while the tourist service is provided and the payment obligations have been met, time in which the contract will have all its legal effects.
VIGÉSIMA OCTAVA.- During the RITVALES 2025 Hotel Package experience, photos and video recordings may be taken to document the event. Therefore, THE CLIENT declares that they are of legal age and, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, authorizes THE AGENCY to use photographs or video recordings that include their image in promotional campaigns and other related materials deemed appropriate for the dissemination and promotion of THE AGENCY. This material may be distributed nationally or internationally through any medium, whether printed, electronic, or otherwise. Furthermore, based on Articles 86, 87, and 88 of the Federal Copyright Law, THE CLIENT voluntarily and freely grants this authorization, and as such, THE AGENCY is permitted to use, reproduce, transmit, retransmit, publicly display, and create derivative works from their image in promotional campaigns through any medium. This includes the fixation of said image in projections, videos, graphics, texts, slides, and all supplementary promotional materials, with the understanding that it will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes outlined above. In this regard, THE CLIENT also authorizes the use of their name and any comments they may have made while the video was being recorded, and agrees that such comments may be edited for the aforementioned purposes.
THE CLIENT waives any right to inspect or approve the video recording or photography sequences, and also expresses that he/she is aware that this data may be edited, copied, displayed, published and/or distributed, and therefore waives any right, royalties or other compensation resulting from or related to the use thereof. Likewise, in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects of Mexico City, he/she certifies that he/she has read the privacy notice provided by THE AGENCY.
Likewise, THE CLIENT establishes and specifies that, in accordance with the provisions of the cited Laws, THE AGENCY has HIS/HER authorization and consent for all of the above, establishing that said information will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes stated above. THE CLIENT authorizes his/her image to be used for the appropriate time; said authorization may be restricted by means of a written request addressed to THE AGENCY.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Special requests made to the agency are always welcome, however, they cannot be guaranteed and are always subject to availability.
This contract exclusively covers the RITVALES 2025 Hotel Experience. with the concepts described in the contract.
The provision of services is carried out solely and exclusively to the holder of the reservation. Es importante presentar identificación oficial y voucher de check-in para recibir su brazalete para La Solar Festival 2026 y souvenirs, por ningún motivo se entregará a terceras personas enviadas por el titular.
DOCUMENTATION: All travelers must carry their documentation (passports, visas, health permits, etc.), and they are fully responsible for any problems or inconveniences that may arise from failure to comply with this requirement. Additionally, travelers must have travel insurance that meets the requirements of the destination country.
EL CLIENTE se da por enterado y conforme con los términos y condiciones de contratación de Hause Travel Agency al aceptarlos previo al pago del o los Paquetes de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026 contratados a través de https://la-solar.shop-hausetravel.com .
Likewise, THE CLIENT agrees that they would like to receive information about other festivals and events organized by Hause Travel, such as announcements, ticket sale dates, (pre)registration details for specific events, themed announcements, aftermovies, videos and exclusive content, programming releases, and special activations.
