The main buyer will have the option to purchase up to 6 packages for 6 persons in a single order.
Yes, all packages must be personalized during the purchase process. If we detect multiple packages personalized under the same name, you will be required to pay the corresponding penalty for each name change ($2,550.00 MXN). Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Once the order payment has been processed and confirmed, the main buyer will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address provided during the purchase process, including their reservation number.
En un máximo de 7 días hábiles, cada titular de un paquete de hotel recibirá por email su check-in voucher que deberán presentar de forma digital en la recepción del hotel que hayas elegido.
Si compraste un paquete de hotel con ticket incluido, deberás descargar la TUBOLETA APP y crear una cuenta de usuario con el mismo email que registraste al momento de realizar la compra de tu paquete. De 24 a 48 horas antes del festival podrás ver tus tickets digitales en tu cuenta de usuario de TUBOLETA.
When you arrive at the festival, your digital ticket will be scanned and you’ll receive your physical wristband, which you’ll use to access the venue and as a cashless payment method.
El servicio de transporte privado entre el Hotel y el Festival esta siempre incluido en un Paquete de Hotel La Solar Festival 2026.
To go to the festival, you must wait in your hotel lobby at the time indicated in the itinerary.
To return to your hotel, you must wait at the designated meeting point at the agreed-upon time after the event ends.
